About Artist2Go
In 2020, Jessica Maldonado, a home-schooling mother began learning watercolor painting to teach her children as part of an extra curricular art class. After painting with this medium, it became a huge passion and hobby for her and has continued to be her favorite medium of choice ‘til this day. She would paint anywhere she could and was faced with the difficulty of setting up a lightweight plein air kit she could carry around.
Knowing her dilemma, her husband gave her a gift for her birthday. He had seen some of her ideas of the ideal watercolor travel easel she wanted and made it for her. From then people would ask her where she had gotten it and the idea of sharing her ideas and creations sparked the origins of Artist2Go and it’s products.
Every single product we offer are made by artists for artists with love, care and passion. We continue to make products that we ourselves use and are excited to share with others as well. Anyone can use them regardless of age, skill-levels and location.
We hope you enjoy our products, at home and on your painting adventures!
